Aeva is a document-preparation tool for Airbnb hosts, operated by Varae LLC. It analyzes your message thread against Airbnb's published policies and prepares a formal pre-dispute notice and a demand letter that cites the specific policies at issue. Varae LLC is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you.

Aeva prepares and mails your documents — it does not resolve your dispute, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee any result, and we cannot guarantee that Airbnb will respond. Your letter is sent by USPS Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt, which gives you documentary proof that it was mailed, plus a record of USPS delivery attempts and the signature collected on delivery. It does not guarantee delivery — mail can be returned undelivered.

Aeva prepares documents from the information you provide. It does not assess the legal merits or strength of your situation, and nothing it produces is legal advice. For any question about your legal rights, the merits of your claim, or how to proceed, consult a qualified attorney.

1. Service Description

Aeva is a document-preparation service for Airbnb hosts, operated by Varae LLC. It analyzes your message thread against Airbnb's published policies and prepares a formal pre-dispute notice and a policy-cited demand letter, which is sent on your behalf by USPS Certified Mail. Aeva does not resolve disputes, negotiate with Airbnb, or guarantee any outcome or response.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and understand that our service is not legal advice. Users are responsible for the content and accuracy of their dispute claims.

3. Payment & Refunds

Aeva costs $349 per letter. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your letter is mailed; once mailed, it cannot be recalled.

4. Privacy & Data

We process the information you provide to prepare and mail your documents. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, and we share it only with the service providers needed to deliver your letter — for example, our payment, mail, email, and AI providers. We keep your dispute records so they stay available to you if you later need to escalate — for instance, to support an arbitration claim. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@varae.io.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varae LLC's total liability arising from your use of Aeva is limited to the amount you paid. Varae LLC is not liable for the outcome of any dispute, for whether or how Airbnb responds, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
